In 2017, Wayne M. Stanley launched Bowe Digital by leveraging the business experience he’d gained throughout his life. One of his earliest ventures? Turning his grandparents’ home into a makeshift store, gathering their belongings and selling them back to them. From his professional experiences to his entrepreneurial spirit, that mix of creativity, boldness and heart never left him.
Wayne founded Bowe Digital because he wanted to help any business that desired guidance with its marketing needs, regardless of the industry or company size. He knew he had the skills and knack to empower businesses and other groups with great communication services. From website development to social media, email marketing, video and design, he created a company that encouraged partners to 'Put a Bowe on It' with heart, strategy and innovation. What truly set Bowe Digital apart was Wayne himself.
As our founder, Wayne M. Stanley was our leader, our biggest champion, our friend and the heart and soul of our team. His creativity, vision, deep industry knowledge and unwavering belief in people were inspired by the lyrics of the song “Vacation” by Dirty Heads. “Ay, ay, ayy, I'm on vacation. Every single day 'cause I love my occupation.” He had a gift for seeing potential in us and bringing out our best. With Wayne, work wasn’t just work. He made us think, gave us purpose, helped us find joy and allowed us to be part of something bigger.
He taught us to ‘Work hard. Play hard. Respect everyone.’
Wayne often said, “Never underestimate the value of your network.” From attending Franklin College to working with Senator Richard Luger to his time at the American Land Title Association (ALTA), he knew his success was deeply tied to the people around him, and it’s one of the reasons he poured so much into others, because he understood the true value of community.
Throughout his career, Wayne received numerous recognitions and awards, including the October Research 2023 Leadership Award and a 2025 Rising Star award by HousingWire. However, Wayne truly enjoyed every time Bowe Digital was named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana because he made every effort to ensure that being part of the Bowe Digital team was an amazing experience.
He also didn’t stop there. He co-founded Title Success – Powered by Bowe Digital, helping real estate title companies navigate mergers and acquisitions, and he owned Railroad Marketing, a full-service firm serving real estate professionals.
Wayne’s fingerprints are all over this industry. He left every space better than he found it.
Wayne was our Chief Inspiration Officer, and he showed us how to work smarter, care deeper and never lose sight of the people behind the business. He built a culture grounded in trust, laughter, innovation, education, hard work and mutual respect, and it lives on through us.
We are continuing Wayne’s legacy. His values—authenticity, kindness, creativity and courage—remain at the forefront of what Bowe Digital is all about. In every decision, in every project, in every relationship, we carry on with his memory in mind.
We’re still building a place where people feel seen, supported and inspired to do their best. We will honor his memory by showing up for one another, for our partners and the future.
When Wayne wasn’t working, he cherished time with his Bernese Mountain Dogs, Sampson and Shadow, enjoyed discovering new wineries, loved music and travel, and—above all—enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially at Christmas. He hosted and participated in epic game nights, and if you listen closely, you can still hear the echoes of his laughter.
Wayne passed in May of 2025, and we miss him every day. We also carry his legacy with us in everything we do. His values—integrity, kindness, creativity and a relentless commitment to excellence—will guide every decision we make. His voice is in our work. His spirit is in our team. We will honor him by continuing to grow, evolve and put people first, just as Wayne taught us.
