Jim transitioned into the digital marketing world after a decade in the finance industry, where he spent time in the consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending sectors. A Kelley School of Business graduate, Jim brings his expertise in operational excellence and an eye for detail to the Bowe Digital team.
Outside of Bowe, Jim stays active as a freelancer, creating and editing content for two digital sports publications. His experience in finance and content creation provides a unique skill set that aligns well with the needs of Bowe Digital’s partners.
Jim and his wife, Trisha, live in Indianapolis with their two children, Cameron and Hadley. When he’s not working or creating content, Jim and his family are usually found on the sidelines, cheering on his son, Cameron, at his basketball and soccer games.
Born and raised in Indiana and a proud Purdue grad, Raquel brings over four years of tech sales experience to Bowe Digital. She spent six unforgettable years living in Austin, Texas, where she fell in love with the culture, food scene and H-E-B (the beloved Texas grocery store staple) and still hopes to find her way back to the Lone Star State someday.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Raquel spending time with her family and friends, hanging out with her mini goldendoodle Rigby or planning her next trip. Influenced by her hospitality roots, she’s a big foodie and travel enthusiast, with highlights including a six-week journey through Dubai, India and London. Fun fact: During her time at Purdue, she became a certified Level 1 sommelier (mostly for fun and bragging rights – no wine recommendations promised).
Payton joined Bowe Digital as an intern during the fall of his sophomore year of college while pursuing degrees in Marketing and Management. With a passion for graphic design, Payton brings fresh ideas and a creative edge to every project he works on.
Katie Hunt joined the Bowe Digital team in June of 2023. June of 2023 was a big month for Katie because she also married her high-school sweetheart, Jeremy on June 23rd, 2023.
Katie comes to Bowe Digital from the education field and brings her organizational skills and creativity to the team. She works each day to make the Bowe Digital process easier for our partners and the entire Bowe Digital family.
Katie spends her spare time enjoying escape rooms, listening to music from all genres, and crafting when she has the time. She also spends her time with her family at Kokomo Jackrabbits games and camping.
Austin joined Bowe Digital with a passion for helping our partners better connect with their audiences and tell their stories through unique, personalized, creative designs.
Before joining our team, Austin served six years in the golf industry as a Pro Shop Attendant and Assistant Golf Professional at two storied, private clubs in central Indiana, where he would cultivate wonderful member relationships and provide memorable experiences for every member and their guests. A proud alum of Indiana University Kokomo (IUK), Austin studied Marketing while developing a love for serving his fellow students and a heart for Kokomo’s vibrant small business community. In the summer of 2020, he developed his own freelance graphic design business – where he created amazing, unique designs for IUK athletes and upstart businesses, which benefited their social media presence and aesthetic.
Austin lives in Kokomo, Indiana, with his wife, Sharon. When Austin isn’t doing creative work for Bowe Digital, he is passionate about reading God’s Word, cooking, writing poetry, creating sports designs, and spending time with family.

Jill joined the Bowe Digital team following her retirement as a teacher after 34 years in education. She considers herself a lifelong learner, bringing the same passion she had in the classroom to her role as a content marketing lead.
Building on her enthusiasm for writing and collaborating with others, Jill enjoys connecting with partners and creating engaging content they value, helping deliver real results for their businesses.
Jill and her husband, John, live in Greenwood, Indiana. They pride themselves on their survival skills after having parented three children who grew up to be pretty incredible adults, and they now embrace adventures in grandparenting. In her spare time, Jill enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, roping her husband into DIY home design projects and making memories with family and friends.
Kellie is a 2015 graduate of Towson University, where she majored in Mass Communications and Marketing. Before joining Bowe Digital, she worked for a title company as their Marketing Coordinator, running their social media and helping to tell their story through writing and design. She hopes to continue telling meaningful stories and sharpening the brand voice of our partners at Bowe.
Her interest in helping businesses sparked from her interest in helping others. During her time in college and beyond, she has worked at a preschool and volunteered with organizations against homelessness in the local area.
Today, Kellie lives in Arlington, Virginia. Outside of work you can find her enjoying a good brunch with friends, being outdoors, walking on her hands, and dishing out a healthy dose of sarcasm.
Justine lives in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband, Brad, and their three boys, Blaine, Cole and Mathew. When not creating graphics for Bowe Digital, you will find Justine spending time with her family and friends, trying out new restaurants and breweries with her husband, and thinking about which area of her home she can redesign, rearrange, or organize…yes, she enjoys organizing!!
Before working at Bowe Digital, Justine spent 11 years working in an elementary school as a Student Support Manager. Justine has a passion for social media and is most excited about using her creativity to design graphics for her Bowe Digital partners!
Stewart was born and raised in the heart of the south, Alabama. Contrary to the popular belief of Alabama, he grew up wearing shoes and going to school like any normal American child.
From a young age, he has always been creative, starting with music and art. Once he got to his early twenties, he discovered his love for design working in a couple of churches/youth organizations.
Currently, Stewart resides in Birmingham, AL where his soon-to-be wife Mary Randol also lives. In his free time, Stewart loves watching Braves’ baseball, playing/listening to music, and spending time with his family at the lake wakeboarding and fishing.
While studying telecommunications at Ball State University, Rhett joined Bowe Digital as an intern the summer before his senior year. After graduating, he joined the team in a full-time role as a social media marketing manager.
Rhett discovered a love for design and storytelling at a young age through designing logos and uniforms for sports teams (both real and fictional). He still dabbles in sports design in his free time, as well as enjoying time with friends and family. Rhett lives on the northeast side of Indianapolis with his wife, Christy.
Rhett puts his passion for creative design and storytelling to work for Bowe Digital’s partners to tell their stories in meaningful ways, and wants to help partners understand how to connect with new people!
Abigail joined Bowe Digital with a desire to build meaningful relationships with our partners and to help bring each company to life through our work.
Before joining the Bowe team, she worked as a Marketing Specialist for a title insurance company and a non-profit organization, helping each company build its brand through social media marketing, website development and public relations. A graduate of Ball State University, she studied public relations with a double minor in creative writing and sociology and was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and cheerleading team.
Abigail still holds cheerleading near and dear to her heart, having participated in the sport for sixteen years and also being a coach. A native of Chicago, she still loves the city, but is a new homeowner in Tennessee now where she loves spending time with her friends, family, and being a fur-baby mom to her cats Bessie and Tilly.
As a public school teacher for 17 years prior to coming to Bowe Digital in 2020, Robin enjoys bringing all of the creative aspects from her teaching career to our partners while helping them find their voice through content and design. This second career has helped Robin discover a fresh outlook, and she truly enjoys learning new things and collaborating with the Bowe Digital team to create content that makes our partners excited about their marketing journey.
When not creating content, Robin spends time with her husband, Jerry, camping and riding their Indian motorcycle. They also have two daughters, Jordan and Katie, who are lovely and wonderful, and when she isn’t spending time with her family, she enjoys working outside, reading, and music.
Richard produces written material for Bowe Digital partners that portrays what they do best to their customers. He loves asking questions and crafting stories – he was a newspaper reporter for more than seven years – and believes that everyone has a story worth sharing. Richard has loved learning about different industries and is ecstatic to continue to use his expert communication skills to sharpen your brand message so that you can elevate your business.
Richard currently resides in Indiana with his wife, Abbey, daughter, Caroline (Coco) and their dog named Rizzo (Go Cubs Go).
Macey is a recent graduate of Franklin College where she majored in both Graphic Design and Digital Fine Art Photography. Before joining Bowe Digital, she worked at a local ice cream shop in Seymour, Indiana for five years. When she wasn’t sampling every flavor in the store, she also managed the company’s social media- which allowed her to show off her creative side.
Aside from working in the ice cream industry, she has also worked with small businesses as a freelance designer and photographer. She enjoys working with small businesses because it allows her to really get to know who she’s working with-which is one of the reasons why she decided to work with Bowe Digital team!
Joe joined Bowe Digital with a desire to help partners achieve their marketing goals, tell their unique stories, and sharpen their brand messaging.
Before joining the Bowe team, Joe served six years as Communications Director of Emmanuel Church, a multi-campus church located south of Indianapolis. A graduate of Butler University, he studied English and creative writing and played two years of college football (yes, Butler has a football team).
Joe lives in Franklin, Indiana, with his wife, Kellie, and their three boys, Landen, Wesley and Noll. When not writing for Bowe Digital, you can find Joe spending time with Kellie, pretending to be a Power Ranger with his boys, reading, working out, and eagerly anticipating the newest Star Wars movie or television release.
Alyssa was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Alyssa found her passion for creativity and storytelling through her fashion and marketing classes at Indiana University. When she isn’t marketing for Bowe Digital partners, you can find her exploring new cities, trying a new restaurant in Charlotte, reading, or somewhere in nature. She and her husband are also renovating their 1960’s home!
Alyssa enjoys building strong relationships with Bowe Digital partners to ensure their brand stands out and unique needs are being met.
Dorinda is married to Kirk and together they are the proud parents of five wonderful and ambitious young adults and two very spoiled, crazy dogs. Prior to joining the Bowe Digital team, Dorinda had an incredible career in the fast food industry for over 30 years. She managed multiple sites and utilized many skills and abilities in leadership and management, team-building, recruiting, event-planning, budget development, marketing reports and financial statements.
Community is important to Dorinda. She has lived in Kokomo, Indiana, most of her life and was fortunate to serve on several community boards and committees over the years. She likes to read, cook, watch sports, take vacations to tropical destinations and spend time with family and friends. All these hobbies usually involve a little wine tasting as well. As team services manager she helps organize the Bowe Digital back office so that our team can deliver for our partners. She focuses on accounting, new business prospects, partner contracts and other admin needs each day. (She views coffee and chocolate as very important admin needs.)

Heather Lunsford is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bowe Digital and lives in Bargersville, Indiana with her husband and sons. Heather is a proud alumna of Purdue University. We call her our Bowe Digital Wizard of Oz because she communicates with every team member and makes sure we keep all the promises we make to our partners. In other words, she keeps us all in line and “makes it all happen” when it comes to deadlines and deliverables.
The accomplishment she is most proud of is being a momma to her sweet boys, Brooks and Hayes. Prior to joining the Bowe Digital team, Heather spent four years as an educator. Little did she know that time in the classroom was practice for this career endeavor. After all, she’s managed 30 kindergarteners before, meaning keeping a group of hard-working marketing professionals on task should be a picnic, right? Heather enjoys being outdoors, staying active and spending time with friends and family.
