Take your marketing to New Heights, like the sports and commentary podcast’s most-watched episode of all time. Earlier this month, Taylor Swift joined Travis and Jason Kelce on the New Heights podcast, where she announced her 12th album: The Life of a Showgirl. The episode gained over 10 million views in just 16 hours, far surpassing previous episodes that the brother duo has put out. While you may not have the star power that Taylor Swift has, you can still draw in an audience and take your marketing to new heights by participating in TikToks and Instagram Reels.

Bowe Digital can help! We share monthly updates on what’s trending in video and audio, so all you have to do is get behind the camera. If you need help getting started on TikTok, check out our TikTok ebook. We also offer Studio Days, where our team will join you for 4 to 6 hours of video recording at a great price.

TS12 Life of a Showgirl Trend

Swiftie or not, participating in this Instagram photo trend can get you some serious views if you act fast. And it’s easy! Give your logo or product a temporary rebrand by incorporating orange sparkles into it (A nod to Taylor Swift’s new album dropping on October 3rd). Post it as is, like poppi soda and United Airlines or add clever Taylor Swift-related text like Crumbl Cookie or Reese’s. Since you’re a little behind the curve on this one, think of clever captions like, “Sorry we’re late to this trend, we needed time to calm down.”

Throwing a Fit Video Trend

Are you throwing a fit 👗👠 or throwing a fit 😭😡? We’ve seen people use this trend two different ways. Both include the text, "Sorry we're late, (person) was throwing a fit." In one version, it cuts to that person strutting toward the camera in a show-stopping outfit. We love this example. In the other, the camera cuts to someone throwing an actual fit about something. That could be not finding an outfit, a client not answering or anything that might warrant a toddler-like tantrum–just add more text for context.

I'll be There Video Trend

Is your company logo all over the walls and merchandise in your office building? Is there something you can’t go to work without, like a watch or sunglasses? Or is your manager lurking around every corner? Whatever or whoever is always there, whether it’s at work or at home, can be showcased using this funny trend.

Super Seriously Audio Trend

Judge Judy means business, and so do you. Pair this audio with something you super seriously stand behind or refuse to do. Find more details on how to participate in this trend here. And, for our title industry friends, consider adding text such as, “When I tell someone purchasing an owner’s title insurance policy is a non-negotiable, and they still don’t purchase one,” or “When someone’s second cousin tries to make a claim on my property, but I’m protected with title insurance.”

I Forgot That You Existed Audio Trend

First of all, this song is a banger. The line “I forgot that you existed, and I thought that it would kill me, but it didn’t” can be humorously applied to just about any situation or person you temporarily overlooked. For example, @wyliebranch joked about forgetting his daughter until she moved back in after college, while @thatstheguyfromtiktok used it to describe the feeling of returning to work after vacation.

Shhh CapCut Template

This template is perfect for anything you want to keep on the down low. It could be an inside joke, a mistake that happened on a Friday, a secret discount or deal only your clients have access to or whatever else comes to mind.

From Good to Great: Quick Video Quality Wins

You don’t need a professional studio or a huge budget to make your content look and sound great. Here are five simple takeaways and tools to instantly level up your TikTok and Instagram videos.

  • A Tripod Instantly Improves Video Quality. Check out the SMALLRIG Selfie Stick Tripod.
  • Audio is the Most Important Factor – A wireless lavalier mic (such as the Hollyland Lark M2 or Bulatry Lavalier) ensures clear sound and a better viewer experience.
  • Lighting Enhances Your Video, But Natural Light is Best. If you need additional lighting, the NEEWER mobile phone light is a great option.
  • Desktop Creators Should Use External Mics & Webcams. If you record on a desktop, avoid built-in mics. A Blue Yeti or Blue Snowball USB mic improves sound, and a Logitech C920x HD Pro webcam provides solid video.
  • You Don’t Have to Spend a Fortune. Many essential tools can be found for under $100. Start with what you need, then upgrade over time.
