What’s Trending: April Edition
When Justin Bieber took the Coachella stage, the internet dubbed it “Bieberchella” almost immediately, reigniting what fans are calling a full-blown Bieber Fever. Justin pulled out a laptop, sang along to his old YouTube videos and somehow that became the most-talked-about performance in festival history. He told the crowd, “The beautiful thing about this journey is that we all kind of grew up together,” and 125,000 people felt it in their chest. By the following Monday, he was pulling 32.4 million U.S. streams in a single day.
That’s the power of nostalgia done right—no gimmicks, no grand production, just a genuine moment that met people where they were at. TikToks and Reels can do the same thing. Your brand doesn’t need a Coachella headlining slot to pull it off. You just need to know what your audience already loves. That’s the trend worth chasing.

Turning Texts into an Emo Song Video Trend
Turn your messages with your boss, your employees or your customers into an emo song using AI. For anyone who grew up with My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy on repeat, this trend is tapping straight into that early-2000s nostalgia, and brands that lean into it are earning laughs, shares and serious engagement. Here’s how to do it.
“Thank You, Next” Video Trend
This one is all about transformation–appreciating things from the past while moving on to something new. People are using it to show off physical transformations, like this. Still, businesses and professionals can use it to compare old logos, branding or packaging to what it looks like now, your first headshot versus your most recent one, or to share throwback photos versus recent photos of the whole team. Anything you’d like to say “thank you, next” to will work.
Everything Hallelujah Audio Trend
You’re using trends…hallelujah. You can get in on the Bieberchella buzz and adapt this one for any niche. Just list some of your wins (little or big) followed by hallelujah. If you’re in real estate or construction, think, “Tours all day…hallelujah.” “Clear to close…hallelujah.” “Cabinets installed…hallelujah.” Everything hallelujah. Check out this example, and this simple one, for more inspo.
“Omigod Nou” Audio Trend
The last trend was about celebrating wins; this trend is about the moments that have us whining instead of celebrating. Use it to highlight small inconveniences or the less glamorous parts of your job that instantly ruin your mood, like last-minute requests or a schedule full of meetings. For this dachshund, feet ruin his day, and for this med student, it’s returning to work after a lunch break.
That Should Be Me CapCut Template
Justin Bieber’s song “That Should Be Me,” released in 2010, is also trending again after Bieberchella, and it’s now a viral CapCut. We’re already brainstorming how to use it ourselves, think text on screen that says, “When we see that you’re handling marketing on your own.” That should be me (handling it for you)! Find a version that speaks to your customer’s pain point.
Are there times when you feel underappreciated or rejected at work? Use this CapCut template to poke fun at those moments and keep it lighthearted. For example, if your boss tells you no.
