What’s Trending: February Edition

92 followers. 200K+ views on one TikTok. That’s the power of participating in trends on social media–and we’re proof. You don’t have a giant following to be seen; you just have to make relatable content.

We recently participated in a trend that called for our team to “drink from anything but a cup.” We brought coffee pots, blenders, popcorn boxes and more filled with water to our team Zoom call and drank until our boss noticed. While we didn’t originate the idea, we certainly reaped the rewards, with 45 comments and over 25K likes. You can do the same! Not every video will land, but one could. It’s your turn to try to go viral by participating in this month’s trends.

Bowe Digital is here to help! We share monthly updates on what’s trending in video and audio, so all you have to do is get behind the camera. If you need help getting started on TikTok, check out our TikTok ebook. We also offer Studio Days, where our team will join you for 4 or 6 hours of video recording at a great price.

Jumping Message Reveal Video Trend

This is a simple way to demonstrate your company’s tech-savviness. All you have to do is follow this CapCut tutorial and include any statement or message you want. @engelvolkersglobal used it to say, “Buy a property with us.”

Why Do You Enjoy Being a ____ so Much? Video Trend

Relationships and positive feedback make the jobs we do worthwhile. Fill in the blank with your job title and then share real feedback or good news that you’ve gotten from your customers, like this barista’s example. This is a great way to show off reviews in a way that feels authentic.

“Z as in the letter Z” Audio Trend

You’ve heard of faking it until you make it–this audio clip is a little bit like that. People across professions, such as plastic surgeons and supplement providers, are using it to poke fun at themselves for either not knowing the phonetic alphabet or for being out of their depth when taking on a role they typically don’t handle at work.

Call My Sister Audio Trend

Whether you call your sister or someone else for backup in a tough situation, you can use this trend. Just add text relevant to you and your role. For example, “Me calling my boss after every minor inconvenience” or “When I run out of ideas but have an entire team I can go to for help.”

Get That Away From Me CapCut Template

Sometimes you get so overstimulated that you have to put your foot down. This CapCut is for those moments. Whether your boss is giving you more work, a bug is flying a little too close for comfort or your home is in a state of chaos, this can make for raw, relatable content.

The Office Dancing CapCut Template

This CapCut of Oscar, Kevin and Darryl dancing is perfect for highlighting whatever helps you and your crew get into a flow state. For example, “me and my clients reaching flowstate after our third house tour of the day,” “POV: It’s the time of day where me and my work besties are losing our minds,” or “Me and my team hyping clients up during a kick-off call.”

Coming Soon CapCut Template

New office? New website? New webinar series? This is a dramatic way to announce and build excitement about anything that’s coming soon to your business or community.

Our focus was on incorporating trends and localized content that gain traction and resonate with each unique business we serve. There’s nothing quite like a room full of Bowe brains to spark the kind of “out of the box” ideas that keep our partners’ marketing content ahead of the curve.

Speaking of fresh ideas, have you met our newest powerhouses? Raquel Fabian joined our sales team with a seven-figure tech background and a passion for relationship-first service. Meanwhile, Jim Moorman is taking the reins as a Content Lead, bringing a unique blend of financial and sports journalism experience to our content team.

We’re bigger, stronger and ready to work. Stay tuned—more big things are coming!
