Heather Lunsford is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bowe Digital and lives in Bargersville, Indiana with her husband and sons. Heather is a proud alumna of Purdue University. We call her our Bowe Digital Wizard of Oz because she communicates with every team member and makes sure we keep all the promises we make to our partners. In other words, she keeps us all in line and “makes it all happen” when it comes to deadlines and deliverables.

The accomplishment she is most proud of is being a momma to her sweet boys, Brooks and Hayes. Prior to joining the Bowe Digital team, Heather spent four years as an educator. Little did she know that time in the classroom was practice for this career endeavor. After all, she’s managed 30 kindergarteners before, meaning keeping a group of hard-working marketing professionals on task should be a picnic, right? Heather enjoys being outdoors, staying active and spending time with friends and family.

Dorinda is married to Kirk and together they are the proud parents of five wonderful and ambitious young adults and two very spoiled, crazy dogs. Prior to joining the Bowe Digital team, Dorinda had an incredible career in the fast food industry for over 30 years. She managed multiple sites and utilized many skills and abilities in leadership and management, team-building, recruiting, event-planning, budget development, marketing reports and financial statements.

Community is important to Dorinda. She has lived in Kokomo, Indiana, most of her life and was fortunate to serve on several community boards and committees over the years. She likes to read, cook, watch sports, take vacations to tropical destinations and spend time with family and friends. All these hobbies usually involve a little wine tasting as well. As team services manager she helps organize the Bowe Digital back office so that our team can deliver for our partners. She focuses on accounting, new business prospects, partner contracts and other admin needs each day. (She views coffee and chocolate as very important admin needs.)

Born and raised in Indiana and a proud Purdue grad, Raquel brings over four years of tech sales experience to Bowe Digital. She spent six unforgettable years living in Austin, Texas, where she fell in love with the culture, food scene and H-E-B (the beloved Texas grocery store staple) and still hopes to find her way back to the Lone Star State someday.

When she's not working, you'll find Raquel spending time with her family and friends, hanging out with her mini goldendoodle Rigby or planning her next trip. Influenced by her hospitality roots, she's a big foodie and travel enthusiast, with highlights including a six-week journey through Dubai, India and London. Fun fact: During her time at Purdue, she became a certified Level 1 sommelier (mostly for fun and bragging rights - no wine recommendations promised).

Justine lives in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband, Brad, and their three boys, Blaine, Cole and Mathew. When not creating graphics for Bowe Digital, you will find Justine spending time with her family and friends, trying out new restaurants and breweries with her husband, and thinking about which area of her home she can redesign, rearrange, or organize…yes, she enjoys organizing!!

Before working at Bowe Digital, Justine spent 11 years working in an elementary school as a Student Support Manager. Justine has a passion for social media and is most excited about using her creativity to design graphics for her Bowe Digital partners!

As a public school teacher for 17 years prior to coming to Bowe Digital in 2020, Robin enjoys bringing all of the creative aspects from her teaching career to our partners while helping them find their voice through content and design. This second career has helped Robin discover a fresh outlook, and she truly enjoys learning new things and collaborating with the Bowe Digital team to create content that makes our partners excited about their marketing journey.


When not creating content, Robin spends time with her husband, Jerry, camping and riding their Indian motorcycle. They also have two daughters, Jordan and Katie, who are lovely and wonderful, and when she isn’t spending time with her family, she enjoys working outside, reading, and music.

Stewart was born and raised in the heart of the south, Alabama. Contrary to the popular belief of Alabama, he grew up wearing shoes and going to school like any normal American child.

From a young age, he has always been creative, starting with music and art. Once he got to his early twenties, he discovered his love for design working in a couple of churches/youth organizations.

Currently, Stewart resides in Birmingham, AL where his soon-to-be wife Mary Randol also lives. In his free time, Stewart loves watching Braves’ baseball, playing/listening to music, and spending time with his family at the lake wakeboarding and fishing.

Abigail joined Bowe Digital with a desire to build meaningful relationships with our partners and to help bring each company to life through our work.

Before joining the Bowe team, she worked as a Marketing Specialist for a title insurance company and a non-profit organization, helping each company build its brand through social media marketing, website development and public relations. A graduate of Ball State University, she studied public relations with a double minor in creative writing and sociology and was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and cheerleading team.

A native of Chicago, Abigail still holds cheerleading near and dear to her heart, having participated in the sport for sixteen years. She currently coaches an all-star cheerleading team at Cheer and Tumble Headquarters in Merrillville, Indiana. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and being a fur-baby mom to her cat Bessie and other pets.

Austin joined Bowe Digital with a passion for helping our partners better connect with their audiences and tell their stories through unique, personalized, creative designs.

Before joining our team, Austin served six years in the golf industry as a Pro Shop Attendant and Assistant Golf Professional at two storied, private clubs in central Indiana, where he would cultivate wonderful member relationships and provide memorable experiences for every member and their guests. A proud alum of Indiana University Kokomo (IUK), Austin studied Marketing while developing a love for serving his fellow students and a heart for Kokomo’s vibrant small business community. In the summer of 2020, he developed his own freelance graphic design business - where he created amazing, unique designs for IUK athletes and upstart businesses, which benefited their social media presence and aesthetic.

Austin lives in Kokomo, Indiana, with his wife, Sharon. When Austin isn't doing creative work for Bowe Digital, he is passionate about reading God’s Word, cooking, writing poetry, creating sports designs, and spending time with family.

Payton joined Bowe Digital as an intern during the fall of his sophomore year of college while pursuing degrees in Marketing and Management. With a passion for graphic design, Payton brings fresh ideas and a creative edge to every project he works on.
