Meet the team

Wayne M. Stanley is the owner of Bowe Digital, a marketing agency offering custom services for small businesses with hundreds of clients all around the United States. Bowe Digital works with businesses of all shapes and sizes on website creation, email marketing, social media, video, design, and much more. In 2023, Bowe Digital was named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the second year in a row by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

Wayne received the 2023 October Research "Exemplary Leadership Award" during the National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) for his contributions to Bowe Digital and the title Industry as a whole. Additionally, Wayne was named a 2023 Marketing Leader by HousingWire in recognition of his leadership in marketing within the real estate industry as a whole. Wayne is part owner of Title Success – Powered by Bowe Digital, which helps real estate title companies through the mergers and acquisitions process. He also owns Railroad Marketing, a turn-key marketing company for real estate professionals.

Prior to founding Bowe Digital, Wayne worked at the American Land Association (ALTA) in Washington, D.C. While at ALTA, he helped to develop the Homeowner Outreach Program (HOP) and grew the Title Action Network and ALTA’s social media presence. As a testament to Wayne’s innovative ideas, he was named a Top Association Innovator in Washington, D.C., by BizNow. Wayne got his start in marketing and communications after college as a staffer for Senator Richard G. Lugar in the United States Senate. He served as a communications director and deputy campaign manager.

When he’s not working, Wayne loves time with his Bernese Mountain Dog, Sampson, family time, traveling, music, and wineries of all kinds.

Heather Lunsford is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bowe Digital and lives in Bargersville, Indiana with her husband and sons. Heather is a proud alumna of Purdue University. We call her our Bowe Digital Wizard of Oz because she communicates with every team member and makes sure we keep all the promises we make to our partners. In other words, she keeps us all in line and “makes it all happen” when it comes to deadlines and deliverables.

The accomplishment she is most proud of is being a momma to her sweet boys, Brooks and Hayes. Prior to joining the Bowe Digital team, Heather spent four years as an educator. Little did she know that time in the classroom was practice for this career endeavor. After all, she’s managed 30 kindergarteners before, meaning keeping a group of hard-working marketing professionals on task should be a picnic, right? Heather enjoys being outdoors, staying active and spending time with friends and family.

Bradley Erb lives in Kokomo, Indiana, with his two sons, Gavin and Camden. Bradley joined Bowe Digital with a plan to help the company continue our growth and introduce the organization to new industries. Bradley helps future Bowe Digital customers think differently about their business and help them solve issues in their marketing and communication.

Prior to joining Bowe Digital, Bradley worked for more than 15 years at UPS creating relationships with his customers and providing excellent service. When he’s not representing Bowe Digital, Bradley loves to cook, spend time with his family and go to the movies. You can find him early in the morning playing racquetball and basketball with friends. He’s unfortunately a Chicago Bears fan but we forgive him for that.

Richard produces written material for Bowe Digital partners that portrays what they do best to their customers. He loves asking questions and crafting stories – he was a newspaper reporter for more than seven years – and believes that everyone has a story worth sharing. Richard has loved learning about different industries and is ecstatic to continue to use his expert communication skills to sharpen your brand message so that you can elevate your business.

Richard currently resides in Indiana with his wife, Abbey, daughter, Caroline (Coco) and their dog named Rizzo (Go Cubs Go).

As a public school teacher for 17 years prior to coming to Bowe Digital in 2020, Robin enjoys bringing all of the creative aspects from her teaching career to our partners while helping them find their voice through content and design. This second career has helped Robin discover a fresh outlook, and she truly enjoys learning new things and collaborating with the Bowe Digital team to create content that makes our partners excited about their marketing journey.


When not creating content, Robin spends time with her husband, Jerry, camping and riding their Indian motorcycle. They also have two daughters, Jordan and Katie, who are lovely and wonderful, and when she isn’t spending time with her family, she enjoys working outside, reading, and music.

Macey is a recent graduate of Franklin College where she majored in both Graphic Design and Digital Fine Art Photography. Before joining Bowe Digital, she worked at a local ice cream shop in Seymour, Indiana for five years. When she wasn’t sampling every flavor in the store, she also managed the company’s social media- which allowed her to show off her creative side.

Aside from working in the ice cream industry, she has also worked with small businesses as a freelance designer and photographer. She enjoys working with small businesses because it allows her to really get to know who she’s working with-which is one of the reasons why she decided to work with Bowe Digital team!

Hannah started her career with Bowe Digital as an intern during her senior year studying communication at Valparaiso University. Since graduating, she has continued to grow in the company, doing contract work before joining the team full-time as a marketing manager.

Currently living in Lafayette, Indiana with her husband, Skyler, and daughter, Eleanor, when Hannah’s not creating content for clients, she loves wasting her free time studying French, reading too many books, and drinking copious amounts of vanilla chai. She also enjoys channeling her creativity through writing on her blog, Literary Morning, where she shares posts on literature, travel, and lifestyle.

Hannah is passionate about storytelling and helping Bowe Digital partners discover a new audience through sharing who they are on social media.

Born & Raised in Johnson County Indiana, Katie loves Indy! She found her passion and love for social media by connecting digitally with people all over the world. In her previous experience, she spent time running social media for multiple verified sites as well as small businesses serving a variety of clients.

When Katie is not creating for Bowe Digital, you can find her cheering on the Colts. As a former NFL cheerleader, she loves football and the Indy community. She also loves fitness, spending time with friends and family, as well as her Australian Shepherd, Blu. Katie finds joy in being able to provide creative content and a way for individuals to connect digitally with their audience

Abigail joined Bowe Digital with a desire to build meaningful relationships with our partners and to help bring each company to life through our work.

Before joining the Bowe team, she worked as a Marketing Specialist for a title insurance company and a non-profit organization, helping each company build its brand through social media marketing, website development and public relations. A graduate of Ball State University, she studied public relations with a double minor in creative writing and sociology and was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and cheerleading team.

A native of Chicago, Abigail still holds cheerleading near and dear to her heart, having participated in the sport for sixteen years. She currently coaches an all-star cheerleading team at Cheer and Tumble Headquarters in Merrillville, Indiana. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and being a fur-baby mom to her cat Bessie and other pets.

Justine lives in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband, Brad, and their three boys, Blaine, Cole and Mathew. When not creating graphics for Bowe Digital, you will find Justine spending time with her family and friends, trying out new restaurants and breweries with her husband, and thinking about which area of her home she can redesign, rearrange, or organize…yes, she enjoys organizing!!

Before working at Bowe Digital, Justine spent 11 years working in an elementary school as a Student Support Manager. Justine has a passion for social media and is most excited about using her creativity to design graphics for her Bowe Digital partners!

Kellie is a 2015 graduate of Towson University, where she majored in Mass Communications and Marketing. Before joining Bowe Digital, she worked for a title company as their Marketing Coordinator, running their social media and helping to tell their story through writing and design. She hopes to continue telling meaningful stories and sharpening the brand voice of our partners at Bowe. 

Her interest in helping businesses sparked from her interest in helping others. During her time in college and beyond, she has worked at a preschool and volunteered with organizations against homelessness in the local area.

Today, Kellie lives in Arlington, Virginia. Outside of work you can find her enjoying a good brunch with friends, being outdoors, walking on her hands, and dishing out a healthy dose of sarcasm.

Jill joined the Bowe Digital team following her retirement as a teacher after 34 years in education. She considers herself a lifelong learner, bringing the same passion she had in the classroom to her role as a content marketing lead.

Building on her enthusiasm for writing and collaborating with others, Jill enjoys connecting with partners and creating engaging content they value, helping deliver real results for their businesses.

Jill and her husband, John, live in Greenwood, Indiana. They pride themselves on their survival skills after having parented three children who grew up to be pretty incredible adults, and they now embrace adventures in grandparenting. In her spare time, Jill enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, roping her husband into DIY home design projects and making memories with family and friends.

Austin joined Bowe Digital with a passion for helping our partners better connect with their audiences and tell their stories through unique, personalized, creative designs.

Before joining our team, Austin served six years in the golf industry as a Pro Shop Attendant and Assistant Golf Professional at two storied, private clubs in central Indiana, where he would cultivate wonderful member relationships and provide memorable experiences for every member and their guests. A proud alum of Indiana University Kokomo (IUK), Austin studied Marketing while developing a love for serving his fellow students and a heart for Kokomo’s vibrant small business community. In the summer of 2020, he developed his own freelance graphic design business - where he created amazing, unique designs for IUK athletes and upstart businesses, which benefited their social media presence and aesthetic.

Austin lives in Kokomo, Indiana, with his wife, Sharon. When Austin isn't doing creative work for Bowe Digital, he is passionate about reading God’s Word, cooking, writing poetry, creating sports designs, and spending time with family.

Katie Hunt joined the Bowe Digital team in June of 2023. June of 2023 was a big month for Katie because she also married her high-school sweetheart, Jeremy on June 23rd, 2023.

Katie comes to Bowe Digital from the education field and brings her organizational skills and creativity to the team. She works each day to make the Bowe Digital process easier for our partners and the entire Bowe Digital family.

Katie spends her spare time enjoying escape rooms, listening to music from all genres, and crafting when she has the time. She also spends her time with her family at Kokomo Jackrabbits games and camping.
